Training Options

Our human performance training options are based on the number of weekly sessions an athlete will complete. All athletic training programs are individualized for the specific client, and training is completed in small groups of 5 or less.

  • 1-2 sessions per week
  • 3-4 sessions per week
  • Unlimited sessions per week

Performance Therapy

Our sports performance therapy is for anyone looking to improve their movement. Whether in athletics or everyday motion, we help people who feel stuck and want to achieve the next level. Our highly qualified professionals work with you one-on-one to develop a customized plan to advance at your pace. Intervention techniques, tools and our experience all come together to move you to your specific goal.

Advanced Assessment

Missing that 1%? Want to look at your performance at the most microscopic level? Complete a multiple level athlete assessment consisting of a Bull 3D biomechanics analysis and video analysis for expert input from both our Physical Therapists and Performance Coaches.
